The Amberlea House is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. It has just recently been completely renovated and features a heated inground kidney shaped pool.
It is surrounded by Silver Birch and big Oak trees,
a large interlocking brick patio with a dining table, lounging area, and a Gas BBQ that is connected to the house.
The Amberlea House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full
bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub, 2 fireplaces, laundry, dishwasher and
central Air Conditioning.

Area Description

Beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake has a lot to offer. It ists in the heart of wine country with over 125 wineries, many of them award winning and several offering fine dining in the vineyards.
There are over 15 golf courses in the area and one within a 5-10 minute walk from the house, considered to be North America's oldest course.

Cycle past endless rows of green vineyards.....visit a winery housed
in a 19th century barn....explore the tapestry of the pastoral
country-side, fragrant gardens, rolling hills.......bet on good

Rates apply to 8 guests. There will be an additional charge of $50 CAD per night OR $200 CAD per week for each guest over 8 up to a maximum of 10. Daily rates are also available on our website. www.niagara-on-the-lake-vacation-homes.com 6% GST will apply. Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability. Please email us for reservation requests or any questions. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa or Mastercard(will be charged in Canadian funds). Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date. Cleaning prior to arrival and upon departure is included as well as all towels and linens.
